Airtel records record profits

In the third quarter of Bharti Airtel, the net profit in the third quarter of the current financial year increased to Rs 16,134.6 crore. The company told the stock market on Thursday that it had a net profit of Rs 2,876.4 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year. The country's second largest telecom company reported to the stock market that the company's operational income was Rs 45,129.3 crore in the third quarter of the current financial year, which was Rs 37,899.5 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

Decline in share

By the way, the shares of Bharti Airtel, the country's largest company, have seen a decline of two and a half percent. According to BSE data, the company's stock closed at Rs 1619.55 with a decline of 2.47 per cent. During the business session, the company's stock also reached the lower level of the day of Rs 1614. A day earlier, the company's stock closed at Rs 1660.60 and the company's stock was opened up with a rise of Rs 1672.10 on Thursday morning. On 26 September, the company's stock reached 52 weeks high with Rs 1,778.95.

414 million customers

Airtel added 0.6 million postpaid customers in the third quarter of the current financial year, causing his customer base to 25.3 million. The smartphone segment saw a continuous improvement in its market share with an increase of 25.2 million, which is an increase of 10.3 per cent on an annual basis. Airtel's overall Indian customer base gradually increased by 1.8 per cent and the year from 4.2 per cent to 414 million. In 15 countries, Airtel's total customer base increased by 4.7 per cent to 577 million.

Reliance Jio's Profit

The results of Reliance Jio Infocomm came on 16 January. The company's profit for the December quarter saw an increase of 26 per cent and reached Rs 6,861 crore. Whereas in the same period last year, it was Rs 5,447 crore. The company's revenue was Rs 33,074 crore in the December quarter, which is 19.4 percent more than Rs 27,697 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. The company recorded an increase of 12% per year from ARPU, which reached Rs 203.3. Till December 24, the total customer base of the company was 482 million. In which there has been an increase of 2.4 percent.
