In Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh, the district court has sentenced the Kalyugi son to life imprisonment in the case of beating the mother and convicted and imposed a fine. The son had killed the mother only on this because she delayed cooking. Due to this, he was beaten to death by beating the elderly mother with a stick. After the murder, the accused escaped from the spot. In the hearing lasted for 4 years after the incident, the court sentenced the murder accused to life imprisonment on the basis of witnesses and evidence.
In Fatehpur village of Sursa police station area of Hardoi district, his son Jitendra used to live with elderly mother Ramvati in a house built in the fields. On 17 March 2020, in the afternoon, he came back home after working from the farm. When Jitendra asked her to give food to her mother, Ramvati asked to make it in a while. Anger, Jitendra started telling his mother a lot of fire. At some distance from the house, people were looking at this debate between mother and son in the field.
In a while, angry Jitendra started beating the mother with a bamboo pole. With anger, Jitendra made many attacks on his mother's head. The elderly woman died on the spot after getting injured. Jitendra escaped from there after killing the mother after shouting the people working in the field. The report was lodged by the village watchman Ramraj at Sursa police station.
On the basis of the prosecution son Jitendra, who murdered the mother in Hardoi, the district judge has imposed a fine of ₹ 40,000 on the basis of prosecution's lobbying prosecution and evidence of eight witnesses and 15 records presented. Hardoi Superintendent of Police Neeraj Jadoun said that after the court's directive, Jitendra has been sent to jail.
