Material:
Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 3/4 cup (as per taste)
Water – 2 cups
Milk – 1/2 cup
Cashew-8-10 (chopped)
Almonds-8-10 (chopped)
Raisins – 1 big spoon
Cardamom powder – 1/2 small spoon

Method of preparation:
Fry the semolina:
First, heat ghee in a pan.
Then add semolina to it and fry it on medium flame till it becomes light golden. Keep stirring it continuously so that semolina does not burn. When semolina starts smelling well, its color will start changing slightly.
Add sugar and water:
Now add water and milk to it, and mix well.
Then add sugar and leave to boil. When the water starts boiling, let the heat medium.
Add nuts:
Add cashews, almonds and raisins and mix the halwa well.
Add cardamom powder:
Add cardamom powder and stir the halwa well.
Let cook:
Allow the pudding to cook until it becomes completely thick and ghee starts separating.
Serve:
Your semolina pudding is ready! Serve it hot.
