IIM Ahmedabad Placements: Fin IQ Consulting, NewGen Software Tech, and OYO were the top recruiters in the third cluster of IIM Ahmedabad’s final placements for the PGP Class of 2025. The placement process for this cluster was completed.

Fin IQ Consulting and NewGen Software Tech each made five job offers, while OYO followed with four offers. The third cluster included sectors like banking, analytics, IT consulting, manufacturing, renewable energy, government enterprises, enterprise tech, fintech, and logistics.

Other well-known recruiters in this round included Google, Hilabs, NPCI, Javis, Qualcomm, S&P Global, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Integrow Asset Management, and NASDAQ. Some new recruiters, such as Pekers Group, also participated this year.

Students had access to international job opportunities, with companies like IKEA (Sweden) and Fast Retailing offering roles. The institute highlighted that many students applied for their “dream companies” in this round, showing how well the Cluster-Cohort system helps match candidates with suitable employers.

In previous placement rounds, Boston Consulting Group was the top recruiter in Cluster 1, making 34 job offers, while United Breweries Ltd led Cluster 2 hiring.

Meanwhile, IIM Ahmedabad also completed placements for its PGP-FABM (Food & Agribusiness Management) batch of 2023-25, with 44 students set to join their companies between April and June 2025.

IIM Ahmedabad Cluster-III placements for the Post Graduate Programme class of 2025 concluded that consisted of 8 cohorts, which included BFSI, Analytics & IT Consulting, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy & Greentech,  Enterprise Tech, Govt Enterprises FinTech and Logistics Fin IQ Consulting and  NewGen Software Tech emerged as the largest recruiters that made 5 offers each. OYO followed in as the second largest recruiter that made 4 offers. In the IIM Ahmedabad Cluster-II placements for the class of 2025, United Breweries came up as the top recruiter.
