Special recipe for Rose Day

1. Rose barfi

Material:
1 cup mawa
½ cup ground sugar
4 cups rose petals (clean and dry)
1 teaspoon rose water
4 teaspoons cardamom powder
1 teaspoon ghee
Silver work (optional)

Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the mawa in it until it becomes light golden.
Add ground sugar to it and keep stirring continuously.
Now add rose petals, rose water and cardamom powder and mix well.
When the mixture becomes thick, spread it in a plate with ghee.
Apply silver work on top and let it cool.
After freezing, cut it into the desired shape and serve.

2. Rose syrup

Material:
1 cup fresh rose petals
2 cups of water
1.5 cup sugar
1 teaspoon rose water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method:
Wash rose petals and boil it in water.
When the color starts coming out, filter it and cool it.
Now add sugar to this water and make thick syrup.
Add lemon juice and rose water to it.
After cooling, fill it in the bottle and keep it in the fridge.
Serve 2 teaspoons of syrup mixed with cold water while serving.

3. Rose Pudding

Material:
1 cup rose fresh petals
1 cup milk
½ cup mawa
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon ghee
4 teaspoons cardamom powder
To decorate cashews and almonds

Method:
Soak rose petals in milk and leave for 15 minutes.
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the rose petals lightly.
Now add mawa and sugar to it and cook well.
When the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and turn off the gas.
Remove the halwa in the bowl and serve hot by decorating cashew nuts.

4. Rose T

Material:
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon dry rose petals
½ teaspoon honey
4 teaspoons cardamom powder (optional)

Method:
Boil the water and add rose petals to it.
Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the gas.
Sieve it in a cup and drink honey and cardamom powder.

5. Rose Kheer

Material:
1 liter milk
½ cup of rice (soaked)
4 cup rose petals
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon rose water
4 teaspoons cardamom powder
To decorate almonds

Method:
Boil the milk on low heat and add rice to it and cook.
When the rice is cooked well, add sugar and rose petals.
Cook 5 more minutes, then add rose water and cardamom.
Turn off the gas and serve the kheer and serve.

6. Rose Cake

Material:

1 ½ cup maida
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
4 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons salt
½ cup butter (butter) or ⅓ cup oil
4 cups ground sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon rose water
4 cup rose petals (fresh or dry)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon vinegar or ½ cup yogurt

To decorate:

Rose petals
Chocolate shaving (optional)
Whipped cream

Method:
Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and filter it.
In the second bowl, beat butter and sugar lightly and whisk until it swells.
Add milk, rose water, vanilla essence and vinegar (or curd) and mix well.
Now mix the dry material slowly into the wet mixture and prepare a smooth batter.
Finally add rose petals and mix with light hands.

Baking:

Add a little butter to the cake mold and add the batter.
Bake in the preheat oven for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick is cleaned.
Let the cake cool down after baked.
Coat the cake with a whipped cream.
Add rose petals and chocolate shavings over above.
Allow it to be set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes and then serve.
