Punjab National Bank has started a loan expo from tomorrow i.e. 7 February, which is still running in 150 cities under the name PNB Home Loan Expo 2025. In this two -day expo, home buyers and real estate investors will get home loans at a very cheap rate.
According to a senior PNB official, the report told that those who take advantage of home loans in this expo will get a loan at an interest rate of 8.4 percent per annum. Similarly, if a car wants to take a loan, then this rate is slightly different. The interest rate in car loan starts at 8.75 percent as against the home loan. Apart from this, if a PM wants to take a loan to set up a solar plant under Surya Ghar Yojana, then he will get a loan on just 7 percent annually.
