Gopalganj Murder: The entire case is from Kalyanpur Tola Narayanpur village of Bhore police station area. During interrogation, the father has confessed his crime. The reason for the incident is not clear.

Gopalganj News: On Friday (07 February) in Gopalganj, Bihar, a father killed his six-year-old son. He called him home from school and then slit his neck. The entire incident is from Kalyanpur Tola Narayanpur village of Bhore police station area. After committing the crime, the father kept sitting with the body in a sack. After this, the police reached the spot and arrested him. The police has also seized the weapon used in the murder. 

Six year old Himanshu used to study in nursery

After the incident, the child's body has been sent for postmortem. Six-year-old Himanshu was the son of Arvind Kumar Singh, a resident of Kalyanpur Tola Narayanpur village. Arvind had returned from abroad three months ago. There was resentment in the family over something. However, the reason behind the murder has not yet been revealed. Arvind has two daughters (Anjali and Preeti) and a son (Himanshu). Himanshu studied in nursery.

It is said that Himanshu and his sister went to study in a private school near their house. His mother Munni Devi is also a teacher in the same school. Son Himanshu went to school with his mother on Friday morning. In the afternoon Arvind went to school and came home with daughter Preeti and son Himanshu. After bringing them home, he went to the room and gave money to the daughter and sent her out. After this he cut the neck of the son with a knife. 

When Arvind's mother raised an alarm, the villagers reached there. The police also reached the spot. The weapon used in the incident was confiscated and Arvind was arrested. On receiving information about the incident, Hathua SDPO Anand Mohan also reached there. The SDPO said that the accused has killed his six-year-old son. He has confessed his crime during interrogation. The reason for the incident is not clear. Investigation is going on. 

I had given a son for adoption to my brother in law

People told that Arvind got married about 15 years ago. After marriage, Arvind and Munni had four children. Out of these, one son was given for adoption to his brother-in-law Mahendra. Arvind had two daughters and one son. 

Mother's condition worsens due to crying

When Himanshu's mother came to know about this incident, she came home from school. As soon as she came to know about the murder of her only son, she fainted. Her condition worsened while crying. Later she was sent to the hospital. 

What did the father say about the murder?

On the other hand, Arvind said that he has no regrets about killing his son. He said that he had been helping his father since the fourth grade. When his responsibilities increased after marriage, he went abroad. Even after returning, the burden of his brother and parents was on his shoulders. His father was constantly pressuring him for money. He was asking him to build a separate house. In such a situation, he thought of killing his son so that there is no need for a separate house. At present, how much his statement can be trusted will be known after investigation.
