Master Plan-2041 has been created for the development of Greater Noida Phase-2. Out of 33,715.22 hectares, 25 percent of the land has been kept for the industry only. That is, industries will be set up here in 14,192 hectares of area. While 9,736.74 hectares for housing, 5,812.97 hectares for Educational Institute and 2,773 hectare area for commercial have been planned to be developed.

If we talk about Greenry of this new city, then there will be 16 percent of Greater Noida-2 i.e. 7,908.60 hectares of green area. At the same time, the forest area will develop in the area of ​​1,073.96 hectares. At the same time, a green area will be developed in 1,422.20 hectares separately for educational purpose. If you look at this whole greenry, then it will be more in this city in this city, there will be a green area in this city.

At the same time, development work is to be done on only 7,380.56 hectares of land for transport services and roads in the city. The green area of ​​this new city is even more than this.

This will be the new Greater Noida

If you look at Phase-2 of Greater Noida, then the most emphasis will be on public transport here. The city will expand the multi -model transit hub, multimodal logistic hub and metro going to the city. At the same time, the city will be connected to major roads like Jewar Airport, Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Ganga Expressway to be built in Noida. The city will be expanded to 140 villages of Hapur, Bulandshahr, Gautam Budh Nagar, Hapur and Ghaziabad.
