According to recent trends in the results of the Delhi Assembly election, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has surpassed the majority threshold. As of 12:45 PM, trends indicated that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had 22 seats while the BJP had 48 seats.

These events have sparked a social media meme frenzy, with people making lighthearted fun of the Congress and Arvind Kejriwal’s APP.

In a scathing remark on the Congress’ lack of leadership, one X user posted a meme of racers getting ready, with the BJP and AAP positioned near the finish line and the Congress amusingly portrayed moving in the other way.

The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) added to the humor on X by publishing the following: “According to sources Bhagwant Mann Singh has blocked the phone number of Arvind Kejriwal.”

Another picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Arvind Kejriwal inside a wrestling ring, with Kejriwal receiving a brutal thrashing at the hands of the Prime Minister, added to the meme parade.

Another instance of parody was when a meme went viral that used a recent video of SP MP Awadhesh Prasad crying and the caption read, “Arvind Kejriwal after seeing Delhi Election Result.”

He is seen in another video footage sobbing as he watches the election results, highlighting the fact that the AAP has failed to even reach the halfway point.

Another meme shows Delhi citizens enthusiastically supporting the BJP, while the AAP is seen trying to survive and the Congress is shown as being metaphorically submerged.

Following preliminary results that indicated a landslide victory for the BJP in Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also participated in the social media teasing by criticizing the INDIA alliance, namely the Congress and the AAP.

He joked, “aur lado aapas mein” (fight each other some more), in a social media post.

A caricature that depicted Congress Minister Rahul Gandhi counting the zeroes was used to further poke fun at his party for not winning a single seat.

One X user made a funny comparison between batsman Virat Kohli and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, depicting him wiping away tears. Kejriwal, who is running from the New Delhi seat, is now behind and is engaged in a three-way battle with Congressman Sandeep Dikshit and BJP candidate Parvesh Verma.

The AAP and BJP seem to be the only two parties fighting each other in Delhi’s general election. Kejriwal may be seen saying, “Desh mein Modi ki koi hawa nahin hai!!” in one meme. Prime Minister Modi hilariously responded by telling Kejriwal to take off his muffler and feel the air, despite the fact that there isn’t a Modi wave in the nation.

With the title, “Utho Sunita, Sheesh Mahal khaali karne ka waqt aa gaya hai,” another meme mocks the former chief minister’s refurbished home, known as “Sheesh Mahal.”

A viral video depicts two young girls enjoying Kejriwal’s downfall by dancing in a way that has been compared to Swati Maliwal and Bansuri Swaraj. Another meme portrays Khalisi from Game of Thrones, who is comparable to Swati Maliwal, smiling as the AAP government seems to burn behind her.

Votes are now being tallied in the February 5 single-phase Delhi Assembly elections. The outcomes of today’s election will decide whether the BJP makes a major comeback in the nation’s capital or if Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP returns to power for a fourth term.

Top AAP figures including Arvind Kejriwal, Atishi, Manish Sisodia, and Satyendar Jain are now involved in the conflict, while Kailash Gahlot and Ramesh Bidhuri of the BJP have assumed the lead.
