Sehore Bizmman Robbed Of Cash& Jewellery Worth ₹60 Lakh

Sehore (Madhya Pradesh): A businessman was robbed of over ₹60 lakh in cash, gold jewelry, and other valuables while he was away attending a wedding with his family on Friday in Sehore.

The incident took place in Rehti, located in Sehore district. Following the robbery, the police launched an investigation and detained two suspects for questioning.

Lalit Sisodia, a well-known trader who owns a building materials shop, left home with his family for a wedding. During their absence, thieves broke into his house and stole valuables worth lakhs.

After receiving the complaint, the police inspected the crime scene and immediately began searching for the culprits. Initial reports suggest that nearly ₹60 lakh worth of cash and jewelry were taken.

According to sources, two individuals have been detained, and police are questioning them. Officials believe the case might be solved by the evening, and the stolen items could be recovered soon.

Superintendent of Police Deepak Shukla stated that as soon as they received information about the crime, the police launched a detailed investigation and increased efforts to catch the thieves.

Meanwhile, SDOP Ravi Sharma, who visited the crime scene, mentioned that early estimates suggest around ₹10 lakh worth of valuables were stolen.

The police are actively working on leads to arrest those responsible.
