Material

Pumpkin – 1 cup
Cabbage (Grated) – 1 Cup
Carrots – 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes – 2 (medium sized)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Green Coriander – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Cornfallor or Besan-2-3 teaspoons (to bind)
Oil – to cook kebabs

Ritual

1-First, take out the pumpkin, cabbage and carrots and squeeze the water of these vegetables so that they are not very wet.
2-Mash the raw potato and add pumpkin, cabbage and carrots to it and mix well. Add and mix well.
3-Add cornflor or gram flour to this mixture so that the mixture is tied well. Now shape small kebabs with this mixture.
4-Heat some oil in a pan or pan. Put the cub in the pan and bake it until it becomes golden and crispy from all sides. Serve the kebabs with green chutney or tomato sauce.
