Sitapur – The court has given an important order in the voice sample case of MP Rakesh Rathore, CJM Gaurav Prakash has approved the Voice Sample application filed by the police. Now the voice of the MP will be sample. The MP's lawyer in the CJM court had given an affidavit and accepted that the voice is of him, after which the court directed the police that the process of voice sample should be completed as soon as possible. Sitapur MP Rakesh Rathore has said that my voice was in the audio, I was talking to the woman in a recorded audio.

I will not give voice samples in Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL). The MP has said this in the affidavit filed in the court through his lawyer, while the investigating officer has already sent notices to jail for voice sampling.
