Cabbage pakoras making recipe
-First of all, cut the cabbage into fine long lach.
-Mix finely chopped onion in the same way.
Now prepare a tasty dry spice for the pakoras. To make this spice, take fresh worn coconut in a grinder jar.
-Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and a lime without a lemon tamarind. Make a fine powder of all these things and prepare it.
-Now add this spice to the chopped cabbage and mix well.
-Add rice flour and finely chopped green coriander in the evening.
-Add salt in as many pastes and make a cut -flat cutlet.
Heat the oil in the pudding and take out the semolina in a plate. Wrap the prepared cutlets in semolina and then fry it in hot oil.
-It is tasty crispy cabbage pakoras.
