- Eggs - 3
- Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
- Cabbage - 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Green chilly - 2 (finely chopped)
- Cumin - 1 tbsp
- chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Salt - As per taste
- Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Green coriander - For garnishing

- Fry oil and spices
- First heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and fry it lightly.
- Then add finely chopped green chillies and onions and fry till it becomes pink.
- Cook vegetables
- When the onion turns light pink, add finely chopped cabbage.
- Cook it for three to four minutes so that it becomes slightly soft.
- Now add tomatoes and cook till it becomes light soft.
- Mix spices
- After the vegetables are soft, reduce the flame of gas.
- Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala and mix well.
- Fry the spices for 1-2 minutes so that their rawness is over.
- Mix eggs
- Heat a little oil in a separate pan and pour eggs to it.
