Samgri (kachhe kele ka paratha)
Raw – 3
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Cumin (fennel) powder – 1 tsp
Green chili paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Amchur powder – 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Ghee or oil – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – to knead the dough
Method
- First, peel and boil the raw banana. After boiling for 4-5 minutes, bananas will become soft. Then mash them well.
- Add wheat flour in a vessel and add bananas, cumin powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger paste and salt and mix well. Knead the dough by adding water as per the need. The dough should be soft and soft.
