Kasganj: According to police, a tractor trolley collapsed in the Ganjdundwara region of the Kasganj district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, injuring up to 34 persons.

Rajesh Kumar Bharti, the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), said that the car lost control and flipped over when passengers were heading back after “Ganga Snan.” None of the victims, Bharti noted, were in serious condition.

There were a number of individuals returning from ‘Ganga Snan’ in the Ganjdundwara PS region. Their tractor-trolley flipped over after losing control. The event has resulted in 34 injuries.According to the ASP, nobody is in a serious condition.

After then, all of the wounded were brought to the Ganjdundwara CHC to get care.

Additional inquiry is in progress after the local Circle Officer (CO) and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) have visited the scene to evaluate the situation.

A tractor and a pickup truck transporting people from a marriage celebration crashed earlier in December 2024 in Kasganj, injuring 26 people.
