These things should not be consumed with milk:

Banana Consumption

Milk and banana are considered to be the best combination together, but if you have problems to digestion, such as gas or blotting, do not eat them together. It takes a lot of time to digest. So avoid eating them together.

Salt

Eating salt items with milk such as chips, salty, or salt dish can also be harmful. A mixture of salt and milk can cause imbalance between sodium and lactose in the body. In addition, it can also give rise to digestive system problems, such as gas, acidity and heaviness in the stomach.

Consumption of yogurt

Let me tell you, milk and yogurt should never be eaten together. By doing this, health can cause great harm. Eating curd and milk together can cause digestive problems, including stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea problems.

Consumption of citrus fruit

Coted fruit should not be consumed with milk. Do not drink milk before or after eating citrus fruits like lemon, oranges. Doing this can cause stomach upset and may also cause problems like vomiting.
