2. Mobile, laptop or TV watching: The blue light emanating from the screen affects melatonin hormones, which can worsen sleep and increase mental stress.

3. Being angry or worried before going to bed: If you have negative thoughts or stress in your mind, then the quality of your sleep will be bad and you will feel tired the next day. It all seems normal, but has serious side effects.

4. Drinking tea or coffee late at night: Caffeine -rich drinks (coffee, tea, energy drinks) activate the brain, causing difficulty in sleepy and the next day you feel dull.

5. Gold without brushing: This can cause bacteria to accumulate in the mouth, which can cause problems like declining teeth and smell of breath. People usually ignore it, but over time it can harm the teeth.

6. Sleeping wearing tight clothes: Wearing very tight clothes can affect blood circulation, which can cause stiffness and restlessness in the body. Doing this regularly has a major effect on blood circulation.
