In Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh, four minor children have been seen to bear the traffic rules by sitting on a bike. As soon as the photo of the children went viral, the RTO has cut the challan of the bike. The viral photo is being reported on 27 January 2025. The challan of the bike is being discussed because you have hardly seen such a challan of a bike. Danger driving and overloading means four sit on the bike instead of two and that too without a helmet. A challan of Rs 33500 of the bike has been deducted. Even after that, a letter has been written against the vehicle owner for the Superintendent of Police and Kotwali in -charge for the FIR of 199A Section.

On January 27, a viral video was shown on social media and on some channels in which four children are sitting on the same bike. Now the children are teenagers and they are driving very fast. He is going to the Rong side on the right hand. The registration number of the vehicle was not coming very clear in the video. Later a journalist shared the photo. After the video surfaced, the number and developments have been cleared and challaned on the basis of it.

Action on bike owner too

This vehicle is registered in the name of some peace. The challan that we have been in this is of Dangerous driving and overloading. It can be clearly seen in the picture that four people are sitting simultaneously instead of two on the bike. Apart from this, children have not worn helmets at the time of bike riding. Action is also being taken in the 2019 MV Act 199A Section. According to this section, if a teenager commits a crime, then he is the owner of the vehicle responsible for that crime. There is a provision of fine of 25 thousand or punishment of three years in this section.

In the whole case, the ARTO has said that he has sent a letter to the SP and the concerned Kotwali in this matter. An FIR will definitely be lodged against those who are guardians of children. This message should go all over the state. He said that it is sad that two lakh people are killed in our country every year. Most of them are people whose age is between 20 and 40 years. All four children are minor in the photo.
