1 bunch washed and dried spinach
1/2 bunch washed and dried kail
2 drops sea salt

Preheat the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut and separate the inner ribs from each bail leaf, then tear the spinach leaves into pieces of the same size.
