Instagram DM Features : Instagram has added many new features to its direct message (DM) section, which will make the experience of chatting for users and better and interactive. The new update includes features like instant message translation, music stickers, schedule messaging, pinned content and QR code for group chat. Let's know about these new features.
Message translation: Now users will get the facility to translate any language message in Instagram Chat. Just press on a message and tap on the “Translate” option and the translated message will immediately appear under the original message.
Music stickers: Now during chat, users will be able to share songs directly through music stickers. For this, go to the sticker tray and choose the “Music” option, find a song of your choice and send a preview of 30 seconds.
Schedule messaging: Now users on Instagram can schedule any message in advance. After typing the message, hold the sand button, set the date and time and then tap on “Send”.
Pinned messages: Under the new update, now users can pin any special message, photo, post or reel in 1: 1 chat or group chat. To pin a message, hold it and tap on the “PIN” option. With this, that message will be at the top of chat.
QR code for group chat: Now Instagram users can generate QR code to add people to Group Chat. For this, open the group chat, tap on the group name at the top, go to “Invite Link” and then select “QR Code”. New members can be easily added by share or saving this code.
