Ingredients

2 cup wheat flour

2 cup rava

2 cup oats flour

2 teaspoons cardamom powder

1 cup jaggery

7-10 tablespoons ghee

10-15 tablespoons milk

4 cups chopped almonds and pistachios

2 teaspoons baking powder

To make it, first boil jaggery, ghee and milk in a pan so that jaggery melts.

Then take wheat flour, rava and oats flour in a vessel.

Then add cardamom powder, finely chopped almonds and pistachios, baking powder.

– Add jaggery solution to it and mix well.

Now apply ghee on the hands and take small pieces of this mixture and then make it round.

– Make it flattened and then give a shape with light hands.

Now laying butter paper on a tray and place all the biscuits on it.

– Now bake the biscuits in a pre -heated oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.

When cooled, fill it in an air tight jar so that it remains.
