accused Sir Keir Starmer of desperation after he hit out at Reform UK.
In a speech at the Scottish Labour conference in Glasgow this morning, the Prime Minister warned of "dangerous right-wing politics".
But Reform MP Mr Anderson told the Express: "Free Gear Keir has finally woken up to the threat of Reform UK.
"There is nothing dangerous about a party that wants to secure its borders, put police back on the street and put British people first.
"Sir Keir is on borrowed time and his current rants are the sign of a desperate man."
In his address, the Prime Minister insisted Labour must be prepared for the threat of the insurgent party.
It comes as Reform is surging in national opinion polls, while Labour's ratings north of the border have dropped since Sir Keir entered No 10 last July.
Sir Keir said there had been a rise in "dangerous right-wing politics" and those who claim to be seeking to "tilt politics towards the interests of working people".
He said: "We have to be ready for this test.
"Ready to point out that beneath their bluster, the alternative they offer is alien to working people."
"Only Labour can make the difference for working people, only Labour will put more money in your pocket, only Labour will fix our broken economy, only Labour will secure our borders, only Labour can save our NHS, put police back on your streets, give our children the opportunities they deserve.
"Only Labour can deliver change for Scotland."
