Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and his family visited Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya

Ayodhya: On Sunday, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi traveled to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya with his family. Speaking to the media after praying at the temple, CM Majhi thanked everyone and added, “I had the privilege of going here today… The country is making more development thanks to PM Modi’s efforts and God’s favor.

For the benefit of devotees traveling from Odisha, Majhi also declared his plan to ask the Uttar Pradesh government to provide land for the construction of an Odisha Bhavan in Ayodhya.

For the sake of devotees traveling from the state, the chief minister said that he will ask the Uttar Pradesh government to provide land for the construction of an Odisha Bhavan at Ayodhya.

“I am going to request the UP government to allot land to build an Odisha Bhavan here for the devotees coming here from Odisha,” he said.

Earlier in the day, Odisha Chief Minister Majhi went to the Hanuman Garhi shrine in Ayodhya with his family.

With reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Viksit Bharat’ program, Majhi told ANI that he prayed to Lord Hanuman for Odisha’s advancement and that the state will be a catalyst for the nation’s growth.

“India should become ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047, according to PM Modi. As a result, Odisha will play a key role in advancing the nation’s development. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said on Sunday, “I prayed to Lord Hanuman to take Odisha forward.”

CM Majhi visited Prayagraj and took part in the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 before traveling to Ayodhya. He prayed and took a holy plunge in the ‘Triveni Sangam’ with his family.

Speaking to ANI, Majhi prayed for the country’s peace and prosperity and thanked them for the chance to attend the Maha Kumbh 2025. Additionally, he commended Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, for organizing the event.

“I consider myself lucky to be here… I said prayers and took a holy swim. I prayed for the nation’s and the state’s peace and prosperity. CM Majhi said to the media report on Sunday, “I want to thank and congratulate UP CM Yogi Adityanath and the state government for the arrangements.”

More than 62 crore devotees have traveled to Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh 2025, according to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He went on to say that the occasion has evolved into a forum for individuals to show their appreciation for their religious, cultural, and ancestral roots.
