Ranchi: During the budget session of Jharkhand Assembly, the Governor started speaking on corruption, BJP members started a ruckus. In the assembly, BJP's CP Singh and Neera Yadav started creating a ruckus during the speech, after which Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar stayed for a few moments. Later speaker Rabindra Nath Mahato requested to continue and the governor continued the speech.
