L2: Empuraan, with Jerome Flynn: With fresh revelations, the producers of the eagerly awaited Malayalam-language action film L2: Empuraan, starring Mohanlal, are creating anticipation and keeping viewers on the edge of their seats. The cast and narrative elements of the Prithviraj Sukumaran-directed film have generated a lot of interest since its announcement. The creators have now added Jerome Flynn, who is famous from Game of Thrones, as a new character to the movie.

In L2: Empuraan, actor and vocalist Jerome Flynn, who is most known for playing Bronn in the popular Game of Thrones series, will play Boris Oliver. The English actor expressed his enthusiasm as well, saying that because of his unique bond with India, it seems like “coming home.”

The first look poster and video of Jerome Flynn’s character introduction in the Mohanlal-starring film L2: Empuraan were released by the film’s producers. Flynn’s character poster was posted on director Prithviraj Sukumaran’s X account with the comment, “Character No. 07: Jerome Flynn as Boris Oliver in #L2E #Empuraan.”

Flynn states in the video, “I portray Boris in Empuraan or L2:E. Although I can’t quite recall how I ended up in this position, I’m really happy I did since it was a very different experience than what I’m accustomed to in the US or the UK. It was very unique to be a part of and experience some of the Mollywood culture.

“It’s extra special to me because India was a really important, precious part of my journey,” the actor said while discussing his relationship with India. In my late 20s and early 30s, I visited this place for a number of years, primarily on spiritual retreats. My life has been irrevocably altered in the greatest manner conceivable by my whole experience in India. Thus, it was almost like returning home to complete this work. The Black Mirror actor said that he had an experience in India even though he didn’t film there. Even though we never visited India, the atmosphere on the set seemed like we were back in the midst of a roundabout in Delhi. Everyone was so kind and genuinely enjoying their work, and there was this lovely planned chaos. It made it one of my favorite jobs ever,” he said.

“I can’t give away too much about my character except to say that he plays an important role in Khuresh’s journey,” he said, discussing his role in the film and how his character is crucial to the plot. I really hope you all like the movie and my role. As much as I’ve loved creating it, I hope you like it too.”

Jerome Flynn’s most well-known appearances are in a number of Hollywood films and television programs, such as Game of Thrones, Soldier Soldier, Banner Creighton, The Change, and the BBC mystery series Ripper Street.

L2: The follow-up to the 2019 smash hit Lucifer, Empuraan, is directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film, which stars Mohanlal, will open in theaters on March 27.
