Roque to return to Brazil?
The report alleges that Palm trees are pushing to secure a deal for Vitor Roquewho is currently on loan at La Liga outfit Real Betis.
Roque was loaned out last summer in a bid to earn regular football having failed to make an impression in his first five months at Barcelona from January 2024 onwards.
While he has made a total of 33 appearances for Betis in all competitions, the attacker has only contributed seven goals and two assists, with two of his strikes coming against lower-league opposition in the Copa del Rey.
Palmeiras are reportedly willing to pay €25m (£20.73m) to finalise a deal before Friday’s transfer deadline.
Prior to his move to Barcelona, Roque had recorded 28 goals and 11 assists from 81 appearances for Brazilian side Athletico Paranaense.

Will Betis allow transfer to be completed?
Betis are under no obligation to give the green light to a transfer and may insist on any move being delayed until the end of their season.
