Delhi Ladli Yojana
Ladli Yojana was started by the Delhi government in the year 2008. Through this scheme, money is sent to the daughter's account on different occasions by the Delhi government from the birth of the daughter to her education. On the birth of a daughter, financial assistance of Rs 11000 is given by the Delhi government. Even after this, money is given to her on different occasions. When the daughter turns 18 years old, she is given the entire money with interest. So that she can get higher education. She can make a great career in the future.
Old age pension of Delhi
Old age pension is given by the Delhi government. Through the Delhi Old Age Pension Scheme, all women of Delhi of 60 years of age or above get this old age pension. In this, 2500 rupees are given every month. Before the elections, BJP had promised to increase this pension from 2500 to 3000 rupees.
Widow Pension Scheme
Delhi government gives pension to all those women of Delhi who have lost their life partner. Delhi government runs widow pension scheme for this. Through this scheme, all widows/destitute needy women of Delhi are given pension amount of 2500 rupees every month. Before the Delhi assembly elections, BJP had promised to increase the financial assistance in this scheme from 2500 rupees to 3000 rupees after forming the government.
