This film, directed by film director Laxman Utekar, is not taking the name of stopping. But with this, the film is also related to controversies. Actually, this period drama film is now accused of tampering with history and not presenting some characters properly. Along with this, a case of defamation has also been threatened. Now the director of this film has been reacted by Laxman Utekar.
Everyone knows that the Chhava film is the biopic of the great ruler Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. People were eyeing this film from the beginning. Initially there was a protest against some dance scenes of the film, after which the objectionable scenes were removed by taking immediate action from the film. Now the two special characters of this film Ganeoji Shirke and Kanhoji Shirke have alleged that Vicky's film has tampered with the image of his ancestors' characters and an attempt to show history incorrectly.
Laxmikant Raje Shirke, the 13th descendant of Ganoji and Kanhoji Shirke, has threatened to file a defamation suit of Rs 100 crore. A reaction has also come from the makers on this. As soon as the film's director Laxman Utekar came to know about this, he met and apologized to the family of Ganoji Shirke and Kanhoji Shikre without delay.
Laxman Utekar apologized on this new controversy related to the film Chhava and said- 'We have mentored Ganoji and Kanhoji Shirke in the film only in the film. We have also not used their surname. Also, we have taken care that we should not mention the villages of both of us in the film. Never had our fixed Shirke family to hurt the family. If someone has suffered any kind due to the teeth, then in such a situation, I want to apologize honestly. Talking about the film, Chhava has earned Rs 444.50 crore in the world in 10 days of release.
