According to The Mirror, doors were scheduled to open at 5:30 pm, but the crowd was only allowed in after 7 pm. Many fans were still waiting outside at 8 pm.
One social media user even complained about the lack of toilet access. Although some managed to find washrooms inside, they claimed that hundreds were queueing for the toilets.
According to Daily Mail, some fans were informed that Drake was performing a soundcheck, which delayed entry into the venue. But organisers did not provide any official statement.
