Method of making daily cold
Required material
- Milk - 1 liter cool
- Almonds-(15-20 soaked)
- Cashew-(15-20 soaked)
- Chironji - 1 tbsp
- Magaj - Half bowl (soaked)
- Poppy - 1 tbsp
- Fennel - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper-10-12
- Rose petals - 2 tablespoons (dry)
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped dry fruits (for decoration)
Recipe
- For this, first you have to soak all dry fruits in water for about 1-2 hours.
- Now take out all these things from the water and add rose petals and sugar to it.
- Then grind it well in a mixer jar or oakhal-melon and make a paste.
- Take out the prepared paste in a bowl.
- After this, put two spoons of this paste in a large pot.
- Add cold milk and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Keep it in the fridge for a while to cool down.
- Now put the cold in a glass and serve by decorating with rose petals and dry fruits.

- Betel leaves-3-4 (fresh)
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Recipe
- First of all, soak almonds, poppy, black pepper and all dry fruits in water for 3-4 hours.
- After this, take water, add sugar, betel leaves and fennel to it and grind it well.
- Soak saffron in a bowl in milk and keep it aside.
- When all the ingredients are grinded well, take it out in a big jar.
- Now put this paste and dissolved saffron in the mixer jar as per your requirement and add cold milk and grind it.
- Your paan cold is ready. Allow it to cool in the fridge for a while and then put it in the glass.
- Finally serve by decorating with saffron and dry fruits.
