The passenger alleges that when they were trying to board the train, the TTE assaulted him and his brother was thrown out. While they had tickets and were coming from Mirzapur to Kurla. After this incident, the angry passenger chased the TTE and he ran away and reached the RPF police station.
After this incident, RPF and GRP police also reached the spot and the family members were counselled. After this incident, once again it has come to light how the railway administration treats passengers. After this incident, the family members are very angry. TTE beat up a passenger
GRP in-charge Ram Dawar said that first there was a dispute about boarding the train. GRP jawans refused. Then the passenger had a dispute with the TTE. There was no fight.

Amit Tiwari, a resident of Gyanpur in Bhadohi district, while giving information said, 'He had 6 tickets from Mirzapur to Kurla. His whole family was with him. When we were boarding the train, his brother was slapped by the TTT. After this, he was beaten up and thrown out. The police did not help us at all. The police personnel also misbehaved with them. Even though there were women with them. The victim said that when we ran to catch the TTE, he entered inside the Mirzapur police station. The victim has demanded action against the TTE.
