• Experts say that if you are planning to conceive, then you should know about your ovulation cycle. If you have complete information about ovulation cycle and menstrual period, then it can be easy for you to get pregnant.
• Ovulation period is the time when an egg is released from the ovaries of a woman. Having sexual relations around this time increases the chances of getting pregnant.
• The doctor says that this time is five days before ovulation and the day of ovulation. When you are ovulating, two days after that is also the right time to conceive.
• If the sperm meets the egg at this time, it is easy to get pregnant. Therefore, when you are trying to conceive, you should be aware of this time.

• Your menstrual cycle is counted from the day your period cycle starts. Periods usually last for 3-7 days. Period cycles can vary for each woman. The menstrual cycle can last for 26-35 days.
