Asia's richest person Mukesh Ambani and his company Reliance Industries are making a big plan on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Mukesh Ambani was present in Assam today and here he announced his AI -related schemes. His company is going to invest a big investment on AI.

Mukesh Ambani says that Reliance Industries plans to create a data center in Assam. All these data centers will be AI ready. Speaking in the investor conference Advantage Assam 2.0, Mukesh Ambani described Assam as 'land of development opportunities'.

Focus will be held on 5 sectors in Assam

Mukesh Ambani said that Reliance Industries will invest in Assam who will invest in AI and Data Center. It will benefit from education, health and agricultural sectors in the state. Reliance Industries committed an investment of Rs 50,000 crore in Assam in the next 5 years.

Mukesh Ambani said that these are 5 priority sectors to invest in Assam. These are sector AI and technology, green energy, agriculture and food processing, retail, hospitality and tourism. Thousands of youth of the state will get employment by working on these 5 areas.

'AI also means Assam Intelligence'

Mukesh Ambani said during his speech that due to his tea, Assam has got recognition as 'Tea Ka Paradise' today. But soon Assam will also know the world as 'heaven of technology'. Assam's youth is Tech Savi, which gives AI a new identity. In the coming decades, AI means not only artificial intelligence, but also Assam Intelligence.

Earlier, when this investor conference was held in 2008, Reliance had committed an investment of Rs 5,000 crore in the state. Since then, the company's investment in the state has been Rs 12,000 crore.
