Delhi MCD announced a waiver of house tax.

Delhi MCD Mayor Mahesh Khinchi, along with senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Durgesh Pathak, Deputy Mayor Ravindra Bhardwaj and Leader of the House Mukesh Goyal, made a big announcement for the people of Delhi. Announcing the people of Delhi, Rajya Sabha MP and senior leader Sanjay Singh said that those who will deposit the house tax for the financial year 2024-25 on time. So their entire previous dues will be waived. Along with this, an announcement has also been made to give exemption in house tax.

These people will get an exemption.

It was told in the announcement that in the financial year 2025-26, the house tax of all the houses from 100 yards to 500 yards will be halved. So the house tax of all the houses smaller than 100 yards will be completely waived. And those who also have shops running in their house. The house tax of their house will also be waived.

The house tax of these people will not be waived.
