Office politics and gossip are part of almost every workplace. Many times people inadvertently share such things, which can negatively impact their career. If you want to maintain your professional growth, avoid sharing these three things with your colleagues or seniors.
1. Do not share your personal problems
- Do not share your personal life, relationship, financial problems or career insecurity in the office.
- People can take wrong advantage of the weaknesses of others at many workplaces.
- Keep the office environment professional and limit your personal troubles to private.

2. Do not do evil to colleagues or seniors
- Joining the office gossip and chugli can harm your image.
- By talking negatively about any senior, junior or kalig, your name can also be dragged into politics.
- Always remain neutral and professional, so that your credibility remains.
3. Do not do evil of the institute while resigning
- Whenever you are leaving the job, say anything negative against the company, HR or seniors.
- The professional world is small, and in future you may have to work with the same institution or those people.
- To avoid any kind of bad situation, adopt a positive attitude and leave a good impression.
