200 grams of moong dal
1-2 pinch asafetida
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 inch piece of chopped ginger
Half a small chopped green coriander
Half a bowl green or plain chopped onion
1/4 spoon red chili
1 spoon coriander powder
Taste salt

Method of making moong dal magodes
1- First of all, soak green peel lentils in water for 4-5 hours.
2- If the lentils are peeled, then mash it with your hand and separate the peels.
3- Now grind this dal with a mixer without water. Keep in mind that you have to pour at least water in the lentils.
4- Grind the dal 1-2 teaspoons of water and grind it a little thick.
5- Now put the lentils in a big vessel and mix all the spices and fat the lentils well.
6- Now heat the oil in a wide pan and add 8-10 magos to it.
7- When Magauda turns brown, take it out in a plate.
