The entire data of the patient will be uploaded in it, in which it will be known that when the patient got the disease? When did he first check the doctor? Which treatment went on? Which investigation was done and what came in the report? If the patient was admitted, how was the condition at the time of discharge?
CMS Dr. Ajay Shankar Tripathi said, 'Through the Health Professional Registry, his entire medical history will be available online and if he goes to any government hospital, then the doctor, his (patient) will be able to see the entire medical history online… This will get rid of the trouble of coming to the patients.'
