New Delhi [India], February 28: Cricketing greats Dinesh Karthik joined founder and CEO Shazia Ahmad and Dr. Rashid Khan, founder-CEO of Significant Sports, at the T10 Super Tennis Cricket League’s (T10-STCL) eagerly awaited press conference in Mumbai to talk about the league’s future. Exciting information about the ground-breaking tennis ball cricket competition, which is scheduled to start in May 2025, was unveiled during the ceremony.

The T10-STCL’s founder, Shazi Ahmad, highlighted the league’s goal of providing tennis ball cricket players with a platform and a chance to compete professionally. “We aim to break boundaries and offer a space for players of all backgrounds to dream big,” Ahmad said. With ten clubs, the league hopes to attract players who are at least 13 years old.

The league’s co-founder, Dinesh Karthik, expressed their excitement at being a part of this special project. “Our cricketing adventure has always included tennis ball cricket. In keeping with the league’s philosophy, Karthik said, “We’re thrilled to introduce this format to a wider audience and give players an opportunity to shine.”

“For more than 20 years, cricket has been my life, and I have seen the intense emotions that accompany each moment of play. At Significant Sports, we think that the process has more power than the final product. Our goal with this league is to provide a smooth, organized platform that enables people to sign up and pursue their goals more easily,” said Dr. Rashid Khan, the founder and CEO of Significant Sports.

By providing a competitive environment and nurturing talent from around the nation, the T10-STCL is poised to transform tennis ball cricket. With important cities participating and well-known people supporting the league, it looks to be a first for Indian sports.
