TCS Manager’s Tragic Suicide: Family Alleges Harassment by Wife & In-Laws
A shocking case has emerged from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, where TCS recruitment manager Manav Sharma ended his life, leaving behind an emotional video detailing his alleged marital struggles. In the viral video, he pleaded for laws to protect men, saying they often suffer in silence.
His father, Narendra Sharma, a retired Air Force officer, has now made serious allegations against Manav’s wife, Niketa Sharma, claiming she mentally harassed him, leading to his tragic decision.
📌 Forced Marriage Claim: According to Manav’s father, after his son’s marriage on January 30, 2024, Niketa allegedly told Manav:
"I don't love you. I hate you. I have many boyfriends and want to live a luxurious life."
📌 Threats & Emotional Distress: When Manav suggested separation, Niketa allegedly threatened suicide and warned she would file false cases against him and his family.
📌 Frequent Disputes: Manav, who worked in Mumbai, reportedly struggled with daily conflicts after taking Niketa along, hoping things would improve.
▶ February 23, 2025: Manav and Niketa visited Agra, but she insisted on going to her maternal home in Barhan.
▶ Family Conflict: At Niketa’s home, Manav was allegedly insulted by her parents and sisters, leaving him emotionally shattered.
▶ February 24, 2025: Unable to bear the stress, Manav ended his life at home.

In his last message, Manav pleaded for awareness on men’s issues, saying:
