She captioned her post, “It might feel difficult to manage PCOS right now, but trust me with these small, consistent changes, it gets better. You’ve got this! 💪. (sic)”

  • I enjoy cheat meals occasionally (20% of the time) while focusing on 80% real, wholesome foods. It’s all about balance, not restriction.
  • Walking 5-7k steps daily has been a game-changer, especially 10-15 minutes after meals to aid digestion and regulate blood sugar levels.
  • I start my day with Plant Protein Powder, which provides 25g of protein. It keeps me energized, helps stabilize my hormones, and keeps me full for longer! Making it easier to avoid unnecessary snacking.
  • Drinking 2 cups of spearmint tea daily has significantly helped reduce facial hair and hormonal acne while improving overall hormonal balance.
  • Switching from HIIT to low-impact workouts has been a game-changer for my body. Strength training not only helps tone muscles and prevent loose skin, but it also boosts metabolism, improves insulin sensitivity, and supports hormonal balance. Working out 4-5 times a week is sufficient to see results without overburdening your body. I’ve also uploaded strength training workout videos on my YouTube channel to help you get started!
