According to a report, this new feature will allow users to get more information related to the translation and ask additional questions. Apart from this, users will also be able to customize the translation based on text prompts.

According to a report by Android Authority, AI features can soon be added to the Android app Google Translate. According to the report, these features were activated in version 9.3.78.731229477.7 of Google Translate, but the company has not yet officially launched it. Therefore, at present common users cannot use it.
The 'Ask a Follow-up' button will be available in the new interface.
According to the report, after the new update, a button named "Ask a Follow-up" will appear in the Google Translate app. This button will appear on the screen after the translation, by tapping on which users will be able to use AI-powered features. This will allow them to further improve their translation and adjust it according to their needs.
New options to customize translation
When users tap on this new button, they will get additional information related to the translation. It will explain why some words were translated and why some words were kept in their original form. Apart from this, several pop-up buttons will appear at the bottom of the screen, with the help of which users can customize their translation. These buttons will include:
