1 kilogram made lamb made

2 teaspoon ginger paste

5 mint leaves

1 teaspoon nutmeg powder

2 teaspoon garlic paste

Refined oil as required

2 teaspoons garam masala powder

4 teaspoons chili powder

2 eggs

2 onions

Step 1 Wash and filter the mince

To make this main dish recipe, wash and sieve the lamb made under the flowing water. Keep the mince in a sieve to completely drain the water.

Step 2 Create Kebab Mix

Take a grinder and add garlic and ginger paste, nutmeg powder, 1 finely chopped onion, garam masala powder, salt, eggs, chili powder, add minced lamb made with chilli powder and grind it and make thick and thick paste. This paste is your kebab mixture.

Step 3 Give it a kebab shape

Next, add 1 finely chopped onion and chopped mint leaves to the kebab mixture. Remove a lemon -shaped ball from a mixture of kebabs and flatten it with your hands and shape the round flat disk.

Step 4 Fry the kebabs and serve hot

Now, place a non-stick pan on a medium flame and add oil to it. When the oil is hot enough, add kebabs to it and fry them till they become crisp. When it is cooked, take out the kebabs in a plate covered with tissue paper so that the excess oil comes out. Serve hot with mint sauce or tomato ketchup and enjoy it!
