Prepare koftas
Rajma first starts making Kofta with Kofas. For this, boil the Rajma soaked overnight in the morning. It will be enough to boil it for about 10-15 minutes.
Allow the boiled Rajma to cool down and then put it in the mixer and make a fine paste. Now add poppy paste, half a teaspoon turmeric, a little salt and gram flour and mix well.
Knead this mixture so that it becomes soft and smooth. Now make small round koftas and fry them in hot oil in a pan till it turns golden. After frying, take them out in a plate.
Make gravy
Now it is the turn to make delicious gravy. Remove the rest leaving a little oil in the same pan. Add cumin and bay leaves to it and apply tempering.
When the tempering starts, add ground onion, tomato and ginger-garlic paste to it. Fry it on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the spices start releasing oil.
Now add turmeric, coriander, chili powder and rajma masala and mix well. After frying the spices for 2-3 minutes, add cream and mix. You can add a little water to thicken the gravy.
Put and serve
After the gravy is ready, put the fried koftas in it. Check salt for taste and cook it on low flame until 2-3 boils. After this, turn off the gas.
