The case is related to Sahedi village of Nandganj police station area of Ghazipur district. A woman living in Sahedi village has complained to the police about absconding with her husband with house jewelry and cash. The police also took action in this case and registered a case against a total of four people including the accused husband and started further action.
According to the woman's complaint, she went with her children to attend a wedding. When she came back home, her husband Sohan Gupta escaped with jewelry and money kept in the house. After much research, it was found that the key of his house is kept near the neighbor. When she reached her house with the key, she saw that her jewelry and cash were missing. After this, she also called her husband's mobile, but did not pick up the phone and also waited for the husband for the next one or two days. Nobody came to know that during this time he came to know that a married woman from the neighborhood village is also missing.
After this, the woman informed her father -in -law and mother -in -law. Those people said that you will not give you any part in the property and if you say more, they will get their life killed.
The victim has told the police that there is no first case of husband in her family in this way. Even before this, in the year 2018, his brother-in-law, who was married and till 1 year after marriage, was fine. After a few years, he also ran away except for his Devrani. After running away, his brother-in-law talks to the mother-in-law but he does not talk to Devrani.
He has pleaded with the police that the police along with her husband along with her husband Mohan Gupta should also find out the police. On the complaint of the victim woman, Nandganj police has registered a case under sections 86 and 351 (3) and started action.
