Auto companies in the Indian market have released the sales figures for the month of February. After which strong action is also being seen in their shares. TVS Motors shares are seeing an increase amid better figures. The company has increased its sales with consistent year-on-year (YoY) and month-on-month growth as compared to February 2024 and January 2025 last year. However, Ola's sales have fallen this month and Hero company sold a total of 3,57,296 units of two-wheelers. However, during this period, Hero's sales saw a decline of 19.76 percent on an annual basis.
In February 2025, TVS sold a total of 3,91,889 units of 2-wheelers (2W) and 12,087 units of 3-wheelers (3W) vehicles. Both these categories have seen YoY and MoM growth. The data shows that TVS sold 1,92,960 motorcycles in February, which is 49.24 percent of total 2W sales. Motorcycles grew 4.86 percent YoY and MoM growth was 10.65 percent. In which an increase of 8,937 units and 18,572 units was seen.
Ola Electric's sales declined by 26 percent in February 2025. However, the company has maintained its leadership with 28 percent market share. Ola company released the sales figures. The company sold 25,000 units in February. This is 25.86 percent less than the 33,722 units sold in February 2024. However, despite the decline in sales year-on-year, Ola Electric has maintained its 28 percent market share in the electric two-wheeler segment.
Hero's two-wheelers are very popular in the Indian market. Once again last month i.e. in February 2025, Hero's two-wheelers have got buyers worth more than 3 lakh in the domestic market. Last month, Hero MotoCorp sold a total of 3,57,296 units of two-wheelers. However, during this period, Hero's sales saw a decline of 19.76 percent on an annual basis. Whereas just a year ago i.e. in February 2024, this figure was 4,45,257 units.
