In one of her posts she shared how by following three simple rules of life one may be able to reduce fat.

Cohen captioned her post,” Here’s how you’re going to lose 15lbs by summer.” 15 lbs would approximate to 6 kilos.

  1. Increase Your Daily Activity: If you are not active now, start by walking. Walking helps burn calories, supports digestion, and keeps your metabolism active. Aim for 8,000–12,000 steps per day. Take post-meal walks for blood sugar balance. Use a standing desk or walk during calls if you work from home. If you are already walking, you can start lifting weights or do resistance training 3–4x per week to build muscle.
  2. Prioritize Protein at Every Meal: Protein keeps you full longer, prevents muscle loss, and supports fat loss. Eat 25–30g of protein per meal (chicken, fish, eggs, beef, tofu). Snack on protein-rich foods (Greek yogurt, jerky, hard-boiled eggs). Add a scoop of protein powder to smoothies if needed
  3. Cut Out Liquid Calories & Mindless Snacking: Sugary drinks and processed snacks add extra calories without keeping you full. Swap juice, soda, and blended/iced coffees for water, herbal tea, or black coffee. Keep snacks protein-based (nuts, boiled eggs, cottage cheese). Eat mindfully— be aware if you are snacking because you’re bored
