Recipe: Potato Koftas Vegetable

Recipe: Often we get bored with the vegetable prepared by the same way of potatoes. So by making potato vegetables in a different way, we can taste even more.
Intended material

1. Potato 350 – 400 grams (7 – 8 Potato Medium Size)

2. Arrowroot – 4 tablesprint (50 grams)

3. Salt – Taste (half teaspoon)

4. Green coriander- a table spoon finely chopped

5. Cashew-10-12 (cut 5-6 pieces of a cashew) (if you want)

6. Raisins – 30 (Break the stalk) (if you want)

7. Oil – to fry koftas

For Tari –

1. Tomato – 4- Medium size

2. Green Chilli – 1-2

3. Ginger – one inch long piece

4. Malai or Cream – Half a cup (100 grams)

5. Oil – 2 -3 tablespoons

6. cumin – half a teaspoon

7. Turmeric Powder – A quarter teaspoon

8. Coriander powder – a teaspoon

9. Red Chili Powder – A quarter teaspoon

10, Garam Masala – A quarter teaspoon

11. Salt – 3/4 teaspoon (as per taste)

12. Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon, Finely Hungry

Method –

1. Boil the potatoes, cool and peel it. Grate the peeled potatoes, add arrowroot, salt and coriander to it and knead well like flour. The mixture is ready to make koftas.

2. Put oil in the pan and heat it, then remove a little mixture from the mixture and flatten it. Put 2-3 pieces of cashew nuts and 2 raisins on it, lift it from all sides and close it, put the circle in hot oil. Make 5-6 balls and put it at a time, fry the alt and fry till the koftas turn brown.

3. Remove the koftas and keep it in a plate. Now make other shells and put it in the oil, and fry till it turns brown. Similarly, make all the koftas and prepare it. Koftas are ready to make vegetables.

Prepare the way –

Grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger finely with a mixer, take the cream fat.

Put oil in the pan and heat it. Put cumin seeds in hot oil. After adding cumin seeds, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder, add tomatoes, green chillies and ginger paste and fry the spices until the oil is separated from the spices or the oil. By adding fantasy cream in this spice, oil does not swim on the spices till the spices fry.

Add 2 cups (400 grams) of water and salt to this spice and after boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes, add garam masala and half green coriander in the way. The vegetable is ready.

While eating food, put green coriander in a hot way and decorate it. Serve and eat hot koftas vegetable parathas, chapati and naan or rice.
