The Modi government had announced the formation of the 8th Pay Commission some time ago. Now new information has come out about this. Everyone knows that the formation of the 8th Pay Commission will give huge salary hikes to the employees.

The salary hike will be based on the fitment factor. The fitment factor can be from 1.92 to 2.86. This can increase the salary by 92 to 186 percent.

If the 8th Pay Commission is formed, then employees of all levels will get a salary hike. Everyone will benefit from the new commission. Along with this, there is another good news. A new recommendation has been presented regarding promotion.

At present, government employees get three promotions in the service period of 10, 20 and 30 years. Now if the 8th Pay Commission is formed, then there is a possibility of five promotions. An application has been made to the new pay commission in this regard.

Similarly, the minimum salary in the 8th Pay Commission is expected to be ₹51,500. The pension will also increase to more than ₹25,000. However, there is no confirmed news about the exact percentage of salary hike and changes in promotion rules in case the 8th Pay Commission is formed.

Meanwhile, there is another good news before the formation of the 8th Pay Commission. Employees will soon get additional DA.
