FIR lodged against Ansal Group, big action after CM Yogi’s ultimatum

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave an ultimatum of action in the Assembly a few hours ago. Shortly after this, Lucknow Development Authority has lodged an FIR against Ansal Builder. FIRs have been registered under Section-316 (5), 318 (4), 61 (2), 352, 351 (2), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 111 and Prevention of Dames to Public Property Act-1984 of Section 316 (5), 318 (4), 61 (2), 352, 351 (2), 352, 338, 336 (3).

Under the high -tech township policy of the UP government, the Ansal Group was selected to develop a 1765 -acre high -tech township on Lucknow Sultanpur Road on 21 May 2015. Its DPR took place on 22 May 2006. In this, Ansal Group has been accused of cheating with home buyers. Thousands of people have been trapped in it.

All property will be confiscated

Prior to this action, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had said in the assembly, if Ansal cheats a single home buyer, then all his property will be confiscated. To punish the culprits, we will also find it from Hades. Ansal Group is a sample of Samajwadi Party. Ansal Group was the product of Samajwadi Party. Its illegal demands were met in the time of SP. Investors and home buyers were cheated. All these works were done during the time of SP government. An FIR has been registered only after CM Yogi Ultimate.

Buyers' interests should be safe in every situation

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday said that with a strict attitude in the assembly on Tuesday, a day before that the interests of buyers should be safe. There will be rigorous action against the culprits. Ansal Group has cheated buyers. The government will not tolerate this. He said this in a review meeting of the works of the Housing and Urban Planning Department.

Where the cases come up, get an FIR

In this meeting, CM Yogi had directed to take action against all the responsible officials of the company. Along with this, while instructing to ensure the safety of the interests of buyers, the CM had said that FIRs should be lodged in all the districts like Ansal Group in the districts like Lucknow.

At the meeting, the officials had told CM Yogi that the NCLAT had passed a unilateral order without giving notice to the Lucknow Development Authority and the Housing Department. The Chief Minister expressed displeasure over this and directed the authority to apply the appeal against that order.
